AIRFRYER: I MADE MY OWN CROUTONS FOR CAESAR SALAD

I enjoy the simplicity of a Caesar salad - a green salad of romaine lettuce and croutons dressed white garlicky dressing. Today, I attempted to bake some croutons using my airfryer.

You can do it with any bread available. I used a burger bun, sliced into two and then buttered. Sprinkled some garlic seasoning on them and then cut them into 1cm cubes.

Placed them on my 4” pizza pan and covered the pan with aluminium foil. Baked at 200C for 15 mins in the airfryer.

Caution: Do not put the bread cubes into the airfryer basket without any cover. They would fly around in the airfryer and might hit the heating coil. It is best to cover/ wrap them with aluminium foil.

Golden tasty croutons ready to be added into the Caesar salad!

The ingredients for Caesar Salad

Romaine Lettuce

I am using Hellmann's Smoky Caesar Salad Dressing

Give everything a good toss before eating! Yum!

DAISO MALAYSIA HAUL 2020 - FOR MY KITCHEN

I can believe I'm saying this - I missed roaming in the Daiso store very much, especially during the MCO. So, when the malls are back in business during the RMCO (Recovery Phase), I joined the beeline to my favourite Japan's RM5.90 store to explore the section which I might have ignored in the past - the kitchen products! And boy, did I go crazy...LOL! Check out my haul....
