AIRFRYER: MARTABAK MAGGI SIMPLE



It's Martabak, guys. Not murtabak. I have checked with Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka. Heheh! 

I have just got my pizza pan a couple of days ago, so I decided to make something with it. After looking around in my kitchen, I decided to make Martabak Maggi. I want to make everything so simple that anyone can do it.


What you need are only three ingredients, two if you don't like veggies. Originally, I wanted to put some onion but I was too lazy to chop the onion. No membawang. Heheh! Nothing gets simpler than this.


MARTABAK MAGGI SIMPLE
Ingredients:
1 pack of Maggi Instant Noodles
2 eggs
Some frozen mixed veggies 

Method:
1) Cook Maggi instant noodles (without the soup mix) in boiling water. Strain it.
2) Mix egg, veggies, noodles and the curry soup mix in a bowl
3) Transfer the mixed noodles into the 4" pizza pan
4) Airfry at 160°C for 15 mins
5) Enjoy! 

MARTABAK MAGGI SIMPLE
Ramuan:
1 pek Mi Segera Maggi Kari
2 biji telur
Segenggam sayuran campur sejuk beku. 

Cara-cara:
1) Masak Maggi tanpa perencah dan toskan.
2) Campurkan telur, sayur, mi dan serbuk sup kari sehingga sebati.
3) Masukkan ke dalam bekas pizza 4"
4) Airfry pada suhu 160°C untuk 15 minit.
5) Jom kita makan! 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Airfry at 160°C for 15 mins

Ding! It's MAKAN Time! 

Thick and evenly-cooked Martabak Maggi Kari

Delicious!!!

There are so many things you can add to the Martabak to make it more delicious. For example, cheese, meat, sausage, onion, chilli, tomato etc. The choice is yours.
