REVIEW: SERBUK MEE SUP ADABI

Who doesn't love a bowl of simple yet comforting soup noodle? The soup base is mild and it allows the natural flavours of the veggies and meat to shine.

While waking down the spice aisle in a hypermart that day, Serbuk Mee Sup Adabi caught my attention. So, I decided to try it. Here are the ingredients I use - some steamboat frozen food and lots of veggies.

Before using the powder, dissolve it with 5 tablespoons of water. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in the pot before putting in the seasoning solution. Stir (low heat) until fragrant. Pour in 800-1000ml of water and bring it to a boil before putting in the fishballs and veggies. Add in an egg or two, if desirable. Cook until done.

Blanch 200g yellow noodles in hot water and strain. Add noodles into the soup. Serve hot!

The verdict for Serbuk Mee Sup Adabi.
Is it simple to use? Yes!
Is it tasty? Yes!
Will I buy it again? Yes!

Three Yeses! :)

Serbuk Mee Sup Adabi costs around RM1.50 per pack (20g) for 3-4 servings. Easily available at any sundry shops or the spice section of the hypermarkets.
