FISH CURRY

 


This is a simple fish curry recipe that I lifted from the back of the Baba's Fish Curry Powder packaging. I modified it to two servings and according to my taste.

Ingredients: ( 2 servings)
A
4 tbsp Cooking Oil
Some cumin seeds/ jintan putih
Some fenugreek/ halba
Some fennel seeds/ jintan manis
1/2 Onion sliced
5 cloves of garlic sliced
1 stalk of curry leaves
3 tbsp Fish Curry Powder

B
250 ml water / approximately 1 cup
1 tsp of asam jawa (add more if you like your curry sour)
1 tomato
6 okras
1/2 brinjal 
1 Pomfret about 200-300g
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Maggi Cukup Rasa seasoning powder

Method
Saute ingredients A according to the order - 5mins
Add in water and put to boil
Once boiling, put in vegetables and fish. 
Allow to simmer from 10-15min.
