Thank you to the generous people at Aya Real Food for sending me the recently launched new product - The Striploin and Potato Medley and the AYA CarePack.
The colourful Potato Medley. I air-fry them at 160°C for about 8 mins. |
The thawed Striploin ~320g. It comes marinated and ready to cook. |
Do you know that you can make some juicy steak in an airfryer? I air-fried mine 200°C for 7 mins each on one side (Total about 14 min) to achieve a medium cooked steak. |
The AYA Real Food Karashi Bilis with Gralic (120g) |
Karashi Bilis is a ready-to-eat snack, made of all-natural ingredients and seasonings. It’s great on its own and just as enjoyable as a topping for salads, canapes, pastas or over hot steamed rice! |
The Potato Medley topped with some delightful Karashi Bilis. |
Kale & Cherry Tomato Salad with Shiroi Ponzu dressing. Click HERE for the recipe. |
Ding! The steak is done! |
Pink, tender and juicy! That's how I like it! |
The striploin turned out good. You might have to add some table salt to it, depending on your taste. |
Yay! A complete meal - made with AYA Real Food |
Verdict: The Striploin steak is so easy and convenient to prepare. Just thaw it and pop it into the airfryer for a delicious meal (no extra oil is required). You can grill or pan sear it the traditional way, of course. I just cook everything with airfryer because I am that lazy... Heheh! I love the Karashi Bilis too. I store it tucked in the kitchen because it will be gone if I store it in the living room. It is quite addictive once you start - crunchy, aromatic and flavourful. As for the Shiroi Ponzu, it deserves a separate posting - check it out at https://maxmasakmakan.blogspot.com/2020/11/review-aya-real-foods-shiroi-ponzu.html
