AIRFRYER: EGG TOFU MUFFIN CUPS

I got this idea to make these muffin cups from an original recipe of Japanese Tofu Omelette shared in the Masak-masak with Philips Airfryer FB Group . Some who had tried the original recipe said they found the egg was not evenly cooked.  So, I said to myself, why not try them in the smaller individual size muffin cups? Furthermore, I managed to buy the IKEA Sockerkaka Cupcake Silicone Moulds just this morning. It was sold out before Raya.  The muffin cups turned out fantastic! I will explore by putting in different fillings next time. I think this is an awesome and healthier egg dish for breakfast, say versus the oil-fried egg.  Here's my recipe: AIRFRYER: EGG TOFU MUFFIN CUPS (4 muffin cups) Ingredients: 2 Eggs Half a tube of Japanese Egg Tofu Onion (diced) Spring Onion (chopped) Red chilli (sliced) Seasonings – Fish sauce and pepper powder Few drops of oil (Use sesame oil for aroma) Method: Beat egg with added fish sauce

STARBUCKS MALAYSIA REIMAGINES RAYA DURING COVID-19

With the latest COVID-19 pandemic sparking a national Movement Control Order (MCO) just a few weeks shy of the Holy Month of Ramadan, it has compelled many to rethink how they will be celebrating Raya this year. As things start to look a little different, Starbucks has reimagined Aidilfitri that will allow those apart from their families and friends to stay connected through some Raya favorites, and also gifting opportunities ranging from our beverages to merchandise.

PRODUCT REVIEW: SOS 3 RASA MAHSURI USED IN SPICY, SWEET & SOUR PRAWN

This is not a sponsored Who can resist the tangy and appetising tastes of the spicy, sweet and sour prawn? Best eaten with a bowl of steaming hot rice! I have all the ingredients to make this dish except the pineapple. But I won't waste a disposable mask just to go out for some pineapple, so conveniently I omitted it. Heheh!

FOOD REVIEW: EATZ @ HONG KONG

With the current state of CMCO, even though the malls are open, it is best to stay home and order food via delivery. I have discovered a Hong Kong-style eatery @ The Garden, EATZ@HongKong which serves Hong Kong’s distinct tastes. If you can't go to Hong Kong, let Hong Kong come to you. Heheh!

HAVE YOUR STARBUCKS COFFEE THE WAY YOU LIKE IT

There are very few things to which people the world over can collectively relate – and one of them is an affinity to coffee. Just as extensive and diverse as humankind’s love for coffee is the way we enjoy it – some prefer it straight up black, while others with milk or creamer and sugar.

AIR-FRYER: KEROPOK LEKOR

How to fry Keropok Lekor using an Air Fryer: 1) Brush some oil evenly onto the keropok. You can use any cooking oil. I use coconut cooking oil. You can do without the oil, but your keropok will turn out a bit dry and dull-looking. If you apply some oil, it will help seal in the moisture and gives that "deep-fry" appearance to the keropok.  2) Air-fry at 180 deg C for 10 mins, check if cooked and increase the cooking time as needed. 3) Enjoy! Tambah masa memasak jika perlu. 3) Jom makan!

REVIEW: PHILIPS AIRFRYER HD9216/81

I bought this unit last year – in an attempt to eat more healthily. But all I use it for was to prepare frozen food such as French fries and pizza. LOL! But thanks to Movement Control Order (Started on 18 March 2020) which forced everyone to stay home and eat-in, I rediscovered this piece of amazing cooking appliance again!
