I got this idea to make these muffin cups from an original recipe of Japanese Tofu Omelette shared in the Masak-masak with Philips Airfryer FB Group . Some who had tried the original recipe said they found the egg was not evenly cooked. So, I said to myself, why not try them in the smaller individual size muffin cups? Furthermore, I managed to buy the IKEA Sockerkaka Cupcake Silicone Moulds just this morning. It was sold out before Raya. The muffin cups turned out fantastic! I will explore by putting in different fillings next time. I think this is an awesome and healthier egg dish for breakfast, say versus the oil-fried egg.
